Brought my truck in due to a heavy mold/mildew smell. Mo helped me and after some diagnostic work found that the windshield was replaced improperly allowing water to basically pour into the cabin. When they pulled back the interior carpet the whole floor from front to back was basically a lake. They had strip the entire interior in order to clean the carpet and fully dry out the floor. The whole repair only took a couple of days but they fixed the issue and the truck smells like new. They charged me a very fair price especially for the work that had to be done, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them if I need help with anything in the future. ~ Rad R

I was looking for a paint job on my door and found them because they are a Ford Certified shop. I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. They are willing to accommodate any questions and walk you through every step of the job. They got my car done in 3 days and called me to pick it up. The paint match came out so good, you can't see anything even if you try to look close. I also purchased a detailing package which they did a spotless job. All in all, my car came out looking brand new! Thank you! Finally, they stand by their work and offer lifetime warranty on anything they worked on. So if there's any problems later you can bring your car back any time. P.S., What's also good to know is that they also do jobs for Ford Dealers, so the quality of the work is as close to the factory as you can get! This is the best shop in the area! I have had the misfortune of needing body work done on several cars over the last year and so I am well versed on how far above and beyond the competition D&D is. The front staff, Alex, is so thorough and competent with his estimates, no surprises and he handles everything with your insurance company. Each car has been completed on time and with interior vacuume detailing and a wash. The shop even did a few extras for my elderly mom like pick up and drop off as well as buffed the headlights on her old car making it look newer as well as safer. A shop with integrity. I cannot recommend D & D Body Shop strongly enough! I found it by chance after a terrible experience with another shop which constantly misdiagnosed my previous car until it was non-functional and broke down on the freeway. The team at D & D single-handedly restored my trust. They are very professional and courteous. They've fixed every car issue I've ever had, including when I was rear ended, and always clean it and make it look like new as well. They are very open and upfront about costs and save the customer as much money as they can without cutting corners. They called my dealership for me to get the best bargain on parts I needed, allowing me to enjoy time out of town. They even re-aligned and detailed it for me for free! Had the best experience having to deal with the staff and the outcome of my vehicle after repairs. Moises (one of the technicians) was very informative and updated me when there were changes regarding estimated time completion. I would definitely recommend this place for any body work. Had a mishap from parking near an ongoing construction site and was attacked by flying ready mix to the roof of my car. Ate into the clear coat and needed correcting. Due to damage a repaint was suggested but i insisted i would be fine the best they could do with paint correction and some wet sanding. End result, car looked brand new. They even amazed themselves that it corrected that well. Highly recommend. Alex is very helpful and Mo is an experienced body guy. ~ Peter

Alex & staff were great to deal with. Alex kept in touch with me throughout the process and made the entire experience as easy and smooth as possible at reasonable rates. My vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks due to parts issues and I was able to rent my vehicle from Enterprise through D&D Body Shop at a lower rate and easy pickup and drop off. I just left my vehicle at D&D and Enterprise would stop the billing at the time and made arrangements to pickup the vehicle there. Great Job!!! ~ Nick G

D&D is Amazing! Truly a blessing, disguised as an auto body repair shop, when you need it the most! I had gotten reversed into (not a terribly common accident), by a Heavy Duty Chevy Silverado. Now, my car is much smaller and likely weighs half what this Silverado did. Although both the other driver and myself were weary of involving our insurance companies, that all shifted after D&D took the time and Patiently explained to me what I was going to deal with in either scenario. WOW! Patience in a busy place like D&D who also perform Superior Work? Remarkable! At first consultation, the hidden damage was explained to me as a possible result of the accident. They handled ALL the negotiation and paperwork with the Insurance company of the party who hit me. And, basically, I didn’t need worry about Anything! They handled it all quite respectfully and in a timely manner, and with great courtesy. It was Dreamy. They also went Above & Beyond in other areas of service including arranging a rental car for me, and keeping me completely up to date with the status of their on-time repairs! I took my car in something to do with the sunroof issues. I would highly recommend this body shop.
